Natasha works with clients to explore their difficult thoughts and experiences, providing support and enabling the client to recognise the power of the present and choice. Natasha utilises both the Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches. Natasha adaptsher approach to suit the client’s needs and individuality.
Natasha has a BA inEnglish, with a specific interest in the psyche within Shakespeare’s works. Shehas a background in teaching and so recognises the modern-day stresses placed on individuals including the influence of technology, work related stress and self-esteem issues.
