Natasha, works within an Integrative model, meaning that therapy can be adapted to suit the client’s unique needs and agenda. She believes that individuals often hold the answers and the time spent in the therapy room allows the client the space to gain insights and a deeper understanding of self.

Natasha works with clients to explore their difficult thoughts and experiences, providing support and enabling the client to recognise the power of the present and choice. Natasha utilises both the Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches. Natasha adaptsher approach to suit the client’s needs and individuality.

Natasha has a BA inEnglish, with a specific interest in the psyche within Shakespeare’s works. Shehas a background in teaching and so recognises the modern-day stresses placed on individuals including the influence of technology, work related stress and self-esteem issues. She believes that oftentimes in modern society, individuals may struggle to connect, leading to isolation and loneliness, contributing to unhealthy defense mechanisms and negative self-talk. She works with her client to identify these patterns and supports them in their development, to manage them in a healthier manner.

Natasha is a student member of the BACP and is currently undergoing her training to become a fully qualified counsellor, working towards her L4 Diploma in IntegrativeCounselling. She is currently working at The Awareness Centre’s NHS Wandsworth.
