We are very excited to announce that our Managing Director, Michaela McCarthy, has now taken her private practice to our new practice on Wimpole Street in Marylebone.
As well as being TAC’s Managing Director, Michaela is a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, psychosexual & relationship therapist, and clinical supervisor, with more than 25 years of experience.
Working with her at our Wimpole Street practice will be a team of highly qualified and experienced Associate Consultants; Sasa Stojovic, Pinar McGivern, Murray Blacket, and Ewa Romanowska.
This team will work with both individuals and couples on a wide range of issues such as abuse, addiction, anger, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexual issues, relationships and much more. To find out more about appointments at the Wimpole Street practice, click here.
Appointments at Wimpole Street
Although the majority of appointments at the Wimpole Street practice will be face-to-face, online appointments will be available when needed. All appointments, both individuals and couples, at the Wimpole Street practice are £150.
As well as self-funding pay, Michaela McCarthy will also accept clients with Aviva, or WPA healthcare insurance.
Michaela will be seeing clients on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Sasa Stojovic will see clients on Monday mornings, Pinar McGivern on Wednesday afternoons, Murray Blacket on Thursday evenings, and Ewa Romanowska on Wednesday mornings.

Private Practice in Clapham and Tooting
While we have expanded to Wimpole Street, our qualified and experienced private practice therapists continue to see clients in our Clapham and Tooting centres, where session fees range from £65 to £150 per session.
Our private therapists work with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, sexuality, grief, eating disorders and so much more, with many of our private therapists being specialists within individual fields. Our therapists work with individuals, couples and families, and well as adults, teenagers and children.
As well as accepting self funding pay, many of our therapists work with private healthcare providers such as Aviva, AXA and Cigna.

Low Cost Counselling
If you are on a low income, you can see a therapist within our low-cost counselling service for £50 per session. These appointments are available throughout the week and during weekends. Our low-cost counselling service includes individual therapy as well as psychosexual and relationship counselling for both individuals and couples.
